Notes

Most classes will have a graded exercise or quiz. Please be present as there will be no make-ups except for the first week. However, I will throw out the lowest two quiz scores in determining the final grade. The quiz may include the reading material assigned.

Homework assignments are due at the beginning of class unless otherwise stated on the assignment. I will not accept late assignments because assignment solutions are posted. However, it is possible to improve assignment scores by completing extra credit work. Please see the instructor if you are interested in extra credit work. If you are going to miss class, then you should arrange to turn in your homework before class starts. For paper-based homework, I have a mailbox in the CTC.

Project assignments are due at the beginning of class. Late project assignments are accepted with a reduction of one grade for each week it is late. The only exception is the first project assignment for those who add the course after the first class meeting.

Final exam schedule available here.
